When will I receive my first bill and what charges will it include?

After your connection to the HCN network, your first HCN bill will arrive at the beginning of the following month. It will include activation fees, any one-time charges, and the charges for your package, prorated from the connection date until the end of the month.

Can I change the billing date of my bill?

HCN bills all its subscribers on the same day, which is the end of each month.

This line is postpaid, meaning it does not pre-bill but instead issues invoices after the month ends.

Therefore, there is no option for an individual billing date for any of HCN’s subscribers.

Via Web banking

You can pay your bills through the web banking service of your bank using the Payment RF Code listed on the first page of your bill (Unified Payment Transaction RF).

Important Information: If you fail to pay two bills on time, and your connection has already been temporarily suspended due to overdue debts, for immediate reconnection of services, it is recommended that you settle your debt at any HCN store or send us proof of payment of both bills via email to office@hcn.gr to lift the block.

*Bank charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Until when can I pay my bill?

Each bill lists its issuance date and the latest payment deadline.

However, after the payment deadline, HCN will not disconnect the subscribers’ service.

If there are two (2) overdue bills, HCN will lock the subscriber’s line after notifying them, and the line will be reactivated once the bills are paid.

My line was cut due to unpaid bills, what should I do?
