If you haven't changed the default WiFi password, you can easily retrieve it from under your modem. If you changed the WiFi password and can't remember it, you will need to reset the modem to factory settings and then follow the process as described earlier.

If you notice that your connection is working fine but you do not have WiFi/wireless internet in your space, check if you accidentally turned off the service from the modem/router. The WiFi/wireless light will be off.

Depending on the model of your router, there should be a button to enable/disable the WiFi. Pressing it will allow you to turn it back on.

When you notice an issue with your line, you should first restart (reset/reboot) your equipment (modem/router). Restarting is done by turning the On/Off button at the back of your device.
