What is the Article 11 Registry?
According to Article 11 of Law 3471/2006, no communication aimed at commercial promotion or the sale of products or services is allowed without the prior, explicit consent of the subscriber.
Information for Subscribers
Subscribers who wish to register one or more of their active phone lines in the HCN Registry can submit a request by completing and sending the relevant application form found here or by emailing office@hcn.gr. Subscribers registered in the Registry may also opt to remove themselves at any time by following the above process and completing the application form found here.
How the Registry is granted to interested third parties
Any legal or natural person can obtain the Article 11 Registry, which contains the list of numbers that have requested to be excluded from marketing/telemarketing calls. Access to the Registry is valid for a maximum period of thirty (30) days. To obtain access, interested parties must send a completed and signed application form from here to the email: office@hcn.gr, including the required supporting documents specified in the form, such as:
- The Government Gazette (ΦΕΚ) of the Representative
- A photocopy of the ID of the Legal Representative for legal entities
- A photocopy of the ID of the applicant for natural persons
