THERE ARE NO CONTRACTS IN HCN!!!

The company does not "keep" its customers with annual or two-year contracts, as it does not wish to bind them.

HCN customers remain in its network of choice and have the advantage of leaving at the end of each month, after returning the modem / router given to them by the company and repaying any debts.

You can be properly informed about your ability to connect to the HCN network by calling 2313 250000, where our representative will check your network availability and connectivity. The application for connection to HCN is made only in writing and not by phone.
You should visit an HCN store with your ID and a landline account if you have a telephone number with another provider and want portability / portability of this telephone number in our network.

Alternatively, you can find our application on our site, in the "HCN Group" tab, then "Applications & Charges", as an Expression of Interest Application.
After completing the application you send it via email, along with a photocopy of ID and a landline bill, if you have a phone number to another provider and you want portability / transfer of this phone number to our network. You send the email to office@hcn.gr for Thessaloniki, to office_kilkis@hcn.gr for Kilkis, to office_katerini@hcn.gr for Katerini or to office_veroia@hcn.gr for Veria.

If it is a corporate connection, you need the stamp of your company in the appropriate field.

If it is a simple receipt (individual), then:

In the left column of the contract you select:

  • "New Subscription"
  • the internet package you want
  • if you do not want telephony at all
  • if you want an HCN phone number or
  • portability of an existing telephone number (in case of portability, please fill in the telephone number)
  • if you want an additional telephony package

If you have chosen one of our fiber or pro level packages, then please see our additional benefits in "Additional charges, benefits and products".

In the right column of the contract:

  • select "receipt"
  • fill in all the required fields in the subscriber details. You also fill in the address details
  • if you wish to have a telephone number on HCN, you can register in Article 11 by entering your telephone number and selecting the appropriate box
  • you select all the boxes that are under the "Responsible Declaration" and must necessarily be selected in order for the contract to be accepted

Date and signature must be completed before payment of the contract

If it is an invoice (company), then:

In the left column of the contract you select:

  • "New Subscription"
  • the internet package you want
  • if you do not want telephony at all
  • if you want an HCN phone number or
  • portability of an existing telephone number (in case of portability, please fill in the telephone number)
  • if you want an additional telephony package

  • select "Invoice"
  • fill in the required fields in the subscriber details (Date of Birth, Patronymic, Citizenship, ID number and Issuing Authority are not necessary). You also fill in the address details
  • if you wish to have a telephone number on HCN, you can register in Article 11 by entering your telephone number and selecting the appropriate box
  • you select all the boxes that are under the "Responsible Declaration" and need to be selected in order for the contract to be accepted.

Date and signature must be completed before submitting the contract AND your company stamp.
