Any customer wishing to change their internal wiring can write to office@hcn.gr. In this case, a new appointment will have to be made with the technical department of the company, in order to have a visit of its technicians and to complete the request for a change of wiring. The one-time cost for this request amounts to €20.00, which are added to the subscriber's next account.

If you wish to go to a larger or a sub-HCN internet package that belongs to the same internet category, you can send your request in writing to office@hcn.gr and the change will be FREE.

If you have not changed the factory password of your wifi, then you can easily recover it by finding it under your modem. If you have changed your wifi password and can no longer remember it, you will need to go to the factory settings and then follow the procedure as described earlier.

If you notice that your line is working normally, but you do not have wifi / wireless internet in your area, then be careful whether you have blocked the service from the modem / router. You will see that the light for wifi / wireless is off.
Depending on the model of the router, there is a wifi on / off button that if you press it you can turn it on again.

When you notice a problem in your line you must first restart (reset / reboot) your equipment (modem / router). The restart is performed by opening and closing the On / Off button on the back of your equipment.
Once synchronized and you see that your problem has not been resolved, then you should notify HCN.
On weekdays 09.00-21.00, you can call 2313 250000 and report the fault to the secretariat, which transfers the fault to the technical department or send a direct email to the technical department of HCN, support@hcn.gr.

On weekends and holidays you can transfer your fault directly to support@hcn.gr or leave an audio message on the HCN voicemail by calling 2313 250000.
